Our catering menu is available for for pick up or delivery*. Our custom catering packages can be served either in our restaurant, a catering hall, or your event’s venue. Please take a look at our menu and fill out the catering form and someone will contact you within a day.
For order estimates, half trays of full packed items, such as pulled pork, are about 6 lbs., and full trays are about 10 lbs (weights are pre-sauce). We recommend about ½ to ¾ lb of meat per adult, assuming you will be serving sides. Full trays are typically good for 30-40 people. Ideally 2+ days notice is needed to ensure availability, but feel free to call at (845) 533-4033 and ask what we have ready today!
Due to the unprecedented spike in prices on on the wholesale meat markets, we have had to adjust some pricing and availability may be limited. Please order in advance to assure we can accommodate your order. Thank you for your understanding, and stay safe!
